GP Referrals

Here at the LC we specialise in working with people who have medical conditions and need to be more active. The LC exercise referral scheme is aimed at Swansea residents with certain medical conditions who would benefit from leading a more active lifestyle. The scheme can benefit a wide range of conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, mobility problems, depression and obesity.
