With the First Minister of Wales indicating the reopening of leisure centres in Wales from 10th May, we’re as excited as you are that we can soon get you back into our facilities.
We will be issuing more information on our website and social media in regards to what will be able to reopen as soon as we are able but please stay patient. Our site teams remain on furlough so are unable to answer phones, emails and social media messages but they are really looking forward to getting back on site and getting everything ready to welcome you all once again.

Our freedom leisure customer guarantee
If you are a member paying for our gym, learn to swim or any other type of membership we guarantee you won’t lose out if we have to close. If the LC is forced to close due to a local or national lockdown, we will make sure you do not pay for a service that you are unable to use.
We want to give everyone the ‘confidence and reassurance’ to use the LC now and in future. If we do have to close we will be in touch to let you know what will happen with your payments so please do not cancel your direct debit.
Where possible, we will suspend payments so that when we are able to reopen your membership is still live and you can get back to enjoying the facilities at your local centre. We will rearrange any block bookings, waterpark, play or any other bookings that have been paid for in advance to a suitable date.
This is an important time in which we all need to stay active to support both mental and physical health and still have those special days out with the family.
