Freedom cycling

Legs, Bums And Tums Is Different Every Week, But Focuses On Movements In Relation To Your Lower Body. This Class Will See You Use Bodyweight Or Equipment To Get A Sweat On And Build Muscle Whilst Also Burning Fat!

Class etiquette

Please ensure that whilst you're visiting you abide by the following class etiquette: 

  • Prompt arrival for class, late entrants will not be permitted
  • Please let us know if you have any medical conditions, so the class instructors are aware and can give you alternatives where needed
  • Please pre-book your classes
  • Wear correct footwear and clothing for the class
  • Use the cloths or your own towel to wipe down equipment as and when needed. 
  • Bring your own mat for the applicable classes, if possible.
