We've made some changes to the way we operate our classes in response to COVID-19, as we want to keep our members and staff as safe as we possibly can. If you'd like to read more about what you can expect when booking a class - please take a look at our FAQ's.

Here at the LC we design our timetable to get the most out of our members, we want to help you reach every goal you have and improve your mental and physical health. Our instructors are the best at what they do, and we have experts from across Swansea delivering a range of classes with you in mind. Take a look at the classes we deliver here, including the world-renowned 'Les Mills' classes.

Our spin classes will see you using our top quality spin bikes in either 30, 45 or 60 minute classes. Our qualified instructors will put you through your paces with their favorite tracks,  you're bound to work up a sweat with this class!


Our yoga instructors will take you through the fundamentals and will teach you how to strengthen your core and back whilst you also experience the benefits of good mobility and controling your breath. This class is perfect if you are new to yoga or would like something slower paced.

Yoga Fusion

Similar to yoga, yoga fusion is a blend of hatha,  vinyasa, and restorative yoga to get you active but also focus on relaxation, this class will be of slightly higher intensity and is good for beginners or those looking to progress their practice.


In Zumba we dance! These classes are for everyone looking to get fit and have fun, our instructor will take you through the movements for a total body workout.


Legs, bums and tums is different every week, but focuses on movements in relation to your lower body. This class will see you use bodyweight or equipment to get a sweat on and build muscle whilst also burning fat!

BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Our LES MILLS™ instructor Gaynor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories  and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

BODYPUMP™ is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Lindi will take you through a range of tradks focusing on different parts of the body using a barbell and plates.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It can burn up to 400 calories. Our instructor will coach you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories* in a class with our instructor Gaynor. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel your best. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

HIIT it Hard!

 A high intensity interval class which uses entirely bodyweight movements to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and will help you build lean muscle.

Tai Chi

Tai chi is a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches and is quite medatative. Each and every position flows into the next meaning you don't hold movements like in yoga, tai chi is a low impact exercise.


Each week, instructors will take you through a different kettlebells workout which can include swings, squats and a range of other movements. The class is designed to be a total body workout and you can challenge yourself by using different weight as you progress.


You'll have to be an early bird for this one! The instructor will take you through a series of workouts that are designed to improve your physical fitness. Our bootcamp combines cardio and strength to get you a high intensity workout ready to start your day.

LC Gold: Aerobics

Our LC Gold classes are for the older population, who may be looking to do some low intensity exercise. Aerobics is just that!

LC Gold: Aquafit

Aquafit takes our aerobics class and combines it with water, what's not to like!

Tabata Kick

Our tabata kick is a high intensity martial arts class, it's a combination of boxing and martial arts in a tabata style workout.

Synrgy Blast

Taking place on our Synrgy rig, we'll use unique equipment for a different circuit each week. Guaranteed to get your heart rate up!

Total body workout

Total Body workout will see you come back each week for a different style of workout, we'll cover tabata, HIIT training and will use a combination of kettlebells, dumbells and bodyweight.

Chair Aerobics

Chair aerobics is a low intensity class, if you're feeling confident you can always progress to doing moves without the chair! 

Metabolic Circuits

This class mixes interval and resistance training for a unique experience. 


Class etiquette

Please ensure that whilst you're visiting you abide by the following class etiquette: 

  • Prompt arrival for class, late entrants will not be permitted
  • Please let us know if you have any medical conditions, so the class instructors are aware and can give you alternatives where needed
  • Please pre-book your classes
  • Wear correct footwear and clothing for the class
  • Use the cloths or your own towel to wipe down equipment as and when needed. 
  • Bring your own mat for the applicable classes, if possible.
