Adult to Child Ratio
It is important that we keep you safe in our pools.
Children aged 3 years and under need one adult to supervise one child. Children aged 4-7 years need one adult to supervise two children. Children aged 8+ years are able to use the pool unaccompanied however any child who is not a confident swimmer must be supervised regardless of age.

We have clean & accessible change & shower facilities. Our lockers take a padlock, if you have forgotten yours you can buy on at reception.

We offer a range of vending machines offering cold and hot drinks and snacks in case you are feeling hungry after your booking.

We stock all the essentials you will need for your swimming lessons including goggles and other swimming aids. Visit our reception to find out more.

There are several parking options surrounding the LC, the closest being St David's multi-storey car park.

Yes, all parties must be pre-booked. You can book online here up to 365 days in advance or by calling us on 01792 466500.
Our Waterpark Party is 1hour and 45 minutes in the pool followed by 1 hour in our party space for food.
Our play and climb parties are 1 hour long followed by 1 hour in our party space for food.
The bouncy castle party is an hour long.
Generally we offer parties on weekends only, however, if you are looking for a weekday just get in touch and we check availability for you.
There is a minimum requirement of 10 children for our Waterpark, Play and Climbing parties.
There is a maximum capacity of 40 children for our bouncy castle parties and 16 for our climb parties.
You can add off an additional activity for £3.00, for example the play area or climbing wall to a Waterpark party
You may take photos of your party (not in the Waterpark) but it is your responsibility to ensure that you make everyone attending aware of this in advance and you must not take photos of anyone who isn't in your party. No photography is allowed outside your party areas.
A waterpark party is suitable for all ages - please ensure adult to child ratios are correct.
Our play parties are perfect from a 1st birthday and older - the maximum height in the play area is 1.4m.
The climbing wall has a minimum height requirement of 1.1m and minimum weight of 3stone.
Our bouncy castle party has a recommended age of 3-11 years old.
Yes, you can have up to 30 children attending your party with us.
Our Bouncy Castle party has a maximum age of 11 years old.
Yes, in our Waterpark, Climbing and Play parties food is included with the price and you can choose a hot meal for each child from our Party Menu.
Food is not included in our bouncy castle parties but you can add it on for an additional cost.
