The Peak features 2 large air conditioned dance studios adjacent to the fitness suite and health spa plus a specially designed spinning studio located in the H Pod.
The fitness programme offers classes at varying levels suitable for all abilities.

Please note the fitness centre will be open during the following times over the Christmas period (Class timetables may vary during this time):
Christmas Eve 6.30am - 3pm, Christmas Day CLOSED, Boxing Day CLOSED, Sat December 27th & Sun December 28th 9am - 6pm, Mon December 29th & Tues December 30th 8am - 8pm, New Years Eve 8am - 4pm, New Years Day CLOSED, Fri January 2nd 8am - 8pm.
