Book Online

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions regarding bookings, cancellations and refunds. Policies are subject to change and can be reviewed and implemented at any time.

 Rules and regulations of online booking system
  • If any payment is required, booking is only confirmed when you pay in full for your activity at the time of booking. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment and booking. Please ensure we have your correct email details
  • Members can make online fitness class bookings up to 8 days in advance.To register attendance and gain entry into a pre-booked class current members are required to swipe their LC membership card at the centre reception. This is essential and in adherence to health and safety requirements. 
  • Non members who book online must pick up their tickets for their paid activity at reception. Please allow sufficient time to collect your tickets during popular times.
  •  Payment
  • The customer shall be responsible for the payment and any other charges to do with the booking
  • The customer shall not assign or sub-let the right to use the facilities and must only use the facility for the agreed purpose
  • Full payment will be taken at the time of booking for all activities via major credit cards or debit cards
  • Discount vouchers, coupons and other offers are not valid in conjunction with booking online.
  •  Cancellation of booking by customer/ Refund policy
  • Members should cancel their booking (fitness class or spa) either online, via the phone or in person more than 30 minutes in advance of the start time of the class or activity to allow time for reception teams to contact any waiting lists
  • Non-members wishing to cancel a fitness class must do so more than 2 hours prior to its commencement, at which time they will be offered a transfer to an alternative class within the next seven days (no refunds will be given). These cancellations/transfers can be made by telephoning 01792 466500 or in person at the centre during centre opening times. Cancellations / transfers to alternative classes, cannot be made online. If a customer fails to provide the minimum 2 hours notice, no transfer or refund will be offered. 
  • Tickets are non-refundable for all other activities including the Waterpark, Boardrider, Climbing Wall, Play area and Spa and may not be sold to any third party but we will make every effort to transfer the booking if sufficient notice is given.
  •  Cancellation of booking by centre / Refund policy
  • The LC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking should centre rules not be adhered to or the safety of staff and customers is put at risk.
  • Customers who book and pay online will be offered to be transferred to a different time and day but if this is not suitable than they will entitled to a full refund of bookings cancelled by the centre. The payment will be refunded direct to the credit or debit card through Reception at the LC. 
  • The centre will not be liable for any other expenditure incurred or loss sustained by the customer arising from the booking online or cancellation.
  •  Data Protection Act
