Side Twists

  • Sit holding a medicine ball or weight with the knees bemt.
  • Lean back slightly, contracting the ads and keeping the back straight and the chest lifted.
  • Rotate to the right, touching the medicine ball to the floor next to the hip.
  • Come back to the centre and repeat the same on the left side.
