You do not require a membership to visit the centre however it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits as well as offering great value for money?
The gym is open 06:00 – 22:00 on weekdays and from 07:00 – 20:30 on weekends
There is plenty of parking in just a short walking distance from the LC, you can find out more about parking in Swansea here.
We have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have over 90 instructor led classes per week.
We advise pre-booking all of your activities in advance, you can book to visit our Waterpark, Play Area and Climbing wall online here, for all other activities such as group fitness classes, the gym, spa and activities in our sports hall you can book online here.

We offer junior fitness memberships from aged 11
Swansea High Street Train station is approximately 10 minutes by foot from the LC. From station turn left and continue down High Street to Castle Gardens. From Castle Gardens continue along Princess Way until reached destination.
Swansea's main bus terminus (Quadrant) is approximately 5 minutes walk from LC and there are several bus stops within walking distance of the LC. Follow signs for Maritime Quarter and National Waterfront Museum.
First Bus have a handy journey planner - just choose Swansea Bus Station as your destination. You can also view live bus timetables here.
We are pleased to support Tourism Swansea Bay 'without a car' initiative which aims at providing up to date information on how you can enjoy the area without the need of a car
Yes, the LC is home to Wales' premier waterpark, you can enjoy all the fun the Waterpark has to offer with your family while swimming in our wave pool, floating around the lazy river, taking on our thrilling slides or jumping through the waves. The younger fan can still enjoy our volcano bay area including slide and the interactive area.
We also offer swimming lessons and a range of other swimming sessions such as quiet swim and aqauatots.
