Tommy's Water Safety Tips (415k) Boardrider
South Wales’ premier family attraction is home to The Boardrider!
The first of its kind in the whole world, the indoor Boardrider is a unique ride, unlike anything experienced before!!
Situated at the heart of the LC’s waterpark, riders can choose to boogie board or try their hand at real surfing on a never ending wave!
Instructors will help you develop technique and balance whilst experiencing the thrill of the wave – the ride is never the same twice!
The LC has teamed up with Surf GSD to help introduce people to indoor surfing and encourage adults and children to regularly take part in the sport.
Keep an eye out for Tommy the Turtle whose favourite activity at the LC is the Boardrider!

Term-time:
Monday – Friday: 4.00pm – 9.00pm
Saturday – Sunday: 9.00am – 8.00pm
School and Bank Holidays:
Monday – Sunday: 9.00am – 8.00pm
Local school inset days: 11.00am – 7.00pm
Boardrider sessions: £4.95 per 45 minutes.
Surf GSD Junior Academy: £30 for 4 1 hour sessions. Thursdays: 5.30pm – 8.30pm.
