Bookings and Refund Policy
- Groups of 5 or more cannot be booked online.
- Bookings can be made in person, by phone, or online via www.thelcswansea.com.
- Users will need to register before being able to book any activity. Members will require their LC membership number and their personal pin number to make bookings.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking. Please note if picking your tickets up via the self service kiosk you will need an LC card.
- All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. (Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management).

- Children must be under 1.4m tall.

The facility has a zero tolerance approach to unacceptable verbal and physical behavior directed towards staff and customers.
