22 Apr 2009Join the LC Cobras running club for support, training and fun!
Every Thursday evening from 7pm runners of all experiences from beginners to advanced are welcome. Registration fee is just £20 (this includes Welsh Athletics affiliation fee) and runners will be entitled to discounted entry to official races.
